CARLSBAD – Noted Hollywood actor Andy Garcia will be on hand for the first La Costa Film Festival, which runs Oct. 24-27 at three venues in the area: Omni La Costa Resort and Spa, Cinepolis cinemas and the Ruby G. Schulman Theater at the Dove Library. In addition to an extensive lineup of films, the festival will also include food from local eateries in a Taste of North County.
