I just read your article. Thank you for a well balanced editorial. I have to say that I agree completely with your assessment. Pacific View School Arts Center and School, I believe, will be a diamond for Encinitas. The Hall property is great, too, although a swimming pool would have been a smart decision (since we are triathlon central) but Pacific View is heart and soul for Encinitas. I see a great future for this site.
