ENCINITAS – The 2014 Wellness Week Festival will be held at the Encinitas Library on Jan. 25 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. There will be dozens of exhibitors offering everything from free health screenings and acupuncture treatments to cooking demonstrations and kids’ activities. This free community event kicks off the 4th Annual Wellness Week (Jan. 25 – Feb. 1), a weeklong program of events and special offers that helps people learn about and experience ways to improve their physical, mental and spiritual well-being.
