The Cardiff-by-the-Sea Library celebrates its 100th anniversary March 22 with a half-price book sale in the library’s Book Nook from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Musical entertainment and speakers will be on hand in the Community Room at 11 a.m. Refreshments will also be provided.
