ENCINITAS — City Councilman Tony Kranz has announced a forum to discuss the state of housing in Encinitas Dec. 3 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Encinitas Library, 540 Cornish Drive. The forum has been scheduled personally by Kranz and not at taxpayer expense, according to an announcement on the councilman’s Twitter feed.
