ENCINITAS – The Encinitas Chamber of Commerce hosts the 18th Annual Encinitas Oktoberfest, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Sept. 22 at Mountain Vista Drive and El Camino Real. About 200 vendors will be on hand, along with entertainment, and a family food and refreshment tent that will serve authentic German food, wine and beer. The event is free.
