ENCINITAS — Theatre Arts West introduces itself to the community Dec. 7 starting at 7 p.m. with a night of arts at the Encinitas Library, 540 Cornish Drive. The event kicks off with a reception and gallery showing, followed by a 7:30 p.m. performance of art-infused theater. Theatre Arts West seeks to develop a 99-seat Equity theater and open studios for artists in Encinitas. Attendees can meet the company and learn how to submit art, plays and compositions for upcoming productions.
