ENCINITAS — San Diego Folk Heritage hosts the touring Celtic band Banshee in the Kitchen at 7:30 p.m. Aug. 22 at San Dieguito United Methodist Church, 170 Calle Magdalena in Encinitas. Admission: $15 for members and $18 general. Tickets are available at the door or online. Banshee in the Kitchen performs Celtic music with a modern spin, and has toured since 2002.
