OCEANSIDE — State Sen. Patricia Bates (R-Laguna Niguel, 36th District) hosts a resource fair for veterans July 26, 8 a.m. to noon, at the Veterans Association of North County, 1617 Mission Ave. in Oceanside. Veterans and their families can receive information on benefits and how to file claims, with several organizations on hand sharing what services they offer. More information: 760-642-0809.
