The chef’s select “Butcher Block” presents a new choice of select cuts of premium beef, grilled to perfection every Thursday night from 5:30-10:00 pm. The featured meat boards, ideal for sharing or for one with a hearty appetite, will change weekly and are not available on the restaurant’s mainstay menu. Guests can choose from a selection of traditional sides, made with ingredients sourced from local farms, to complete the meal including Crisp Brussel Sprouts, Sautéed Wild Mushrooms, Creamed Spinach, Roasted Broccolini & Romesco, Harissa Charred Carrots, Truffle Mac, and Yukon Gold Garlic Mash.
