Oceanside CA– Who are you at night? Your dreams can give you valuable insight into all aspects of your life. Dreams can help you with your relationships and in making important life decisions. They provide guidance on everything from your business affairs to health issues. It’s been said that ignoring a dream is like throwing away an unopened letter. On Tuesday, September 23 from 6:00 -7:00 p.m., join dream expert and local author, Patricia Ariadne, Ph.D., for this informative talk on dreams and dreaming at the Oceanside Public Library at 330 N. Coast Highway, Oceanside, CA 92054.
Dr. Patricia Ariadne is a licensed psychotherapist with a private practice in Encinitas, California. Known as the Transition Therapist, Patricia focuses on dream and visualization work to help clients resolve inner conflicts, heal childhood wounds, and find inner guidance and direction.
Patricia will also speak about her newest book, Bridging Night and Day. It is a guidebook to help people learn easy ways to bridge their dreams to their everyday lives. The book includes simple methods to increase dream recall and to record your dreams; easy ways to interpret common dream themes; explanations of nightmares and reoccurring dreams; and descriptions of how waking dreams can improve our lives.
