Oceanside CA— The City of Oceanside Parks and Recreation Division will be offering a free Bicycle Traffic Skills Course once a month in 2016.
This class is designed for people who enjoy recreational bicycling or for those who commute to work on a bike.
There are helpful safety tips for everyone from beginners to expert riders. This is a two-part class. There is a classroom session from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. and a road session, generally from 9:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
All classes meet at the Oceanside Library Community Rooms, 300 North Coast Highway, Oceanside, CA 92054.
While classes are free, pre-registration is necessary. The next class being held is Friday, January 8, 2016, and the road session will be held on Saturday, January 16.
