Oceanside CA— As with so many other charitable organizations, the Rotary Club of San Luis Rey, has experienced somewhat limited activities during this COVID year. To get the membership involved during this unusual time, they initiated a program whereby each member could donate, to a qualified charity, $1,000 of club funds. The Rotary Club of San Luis Rey has made 15 such donations.
