San Diego CA– Be on the lookout for Don Andrea Torrillo who escaped custody from Central Jail. Torillo was last seen wearing a dark-colored (black or blue) sleeveless shirt with a star in the middle, khaki shorts and slippers. He has a tattoo (unknown) on his left bicep shoulder area. He is known to frequent the El Cajon, Santee and Rancho San Diego areas.
Torrillo escaped from Central Jail just before 6:00 p.m. Specific circumstances surrounding on how he escaped is still under investigation. All other inmates at Central Jail have been accounted for.
Torrillo was arrested on September 5th in Santee on charges of possessing drugs and drug paraphernalia, possessing drugs for sale and being under the influence of drugs. He was arrested when a search warrant was served in a home in the 700 block of Singing Trails Drive.
Torrillo has no violent history. If you see him, call 9-1-1. If you have information on Torrillo’s whereabouts, you are urged to call Crime Stoppers at (888) 580-8477. You can remain anonymous and be eligible for up to a $1,000 reward for information that leads to an arrest.
