Vista CA— Early this morning, October 31, 2014, at 1:49am, Vista deputies responded to a stabbing of a woman which occurred at 1904 Thibido Road, in the city of Vista. The victim was stabbed several times by an unknown suspect who was dressed like the Grim Reaper.
It is unknown how the suspect entered the residence, but the suspect attacked the victim while she was in the bathroom, then fled.
A perimeter was established and a search conducted with the assistance of K-9 and San Marcos units and deputies did not find the suspect. The victim was transported to Palomar hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The Vista Station Detectives are continuing to investigate this incident.
