Del Mar CA— Last night, October 17, 2016 at approximately 11:19 pm a 26-year-old male from Woodland Hills was standing outside of an unknown motor home or RV that was traveling northbound on I-5 north of Via De La Valle at an unknown speed. For reasons still under investigation the male stepped off of the rear of the motorhome into traffic lanes while it was traveling at freeway speeds.
He came to rest in the #4 lane where he was struck by several vehicles. He was pronounced dead on the scene. The motor home did not stop at the scene.
