Temaki Bar: Handroll, Sushi, Sake, Encinitas’ hip sushi spot located at 575 S. Coast Highway 101, will celebrate America’s 250th birthday with sake bombs and an exclusive roll from Thursday, July 2, through Sunday, July 5.
From Thursday, July 2, through Sunday, July 5, Temaki will offer a patriotic roll by Chef Sebastian Sevilla. The Firecracker Roll is made with kanikama, cucumber, avocado and gobo, topped with spicy tuna, serrano, spicy mayo, bubu, finadene and Pop Rocks, priced at $23. Friday and Saturday will also offer $5 sake bombs, in which a shot of sake is balanced on chopsticks above a draft beer before being dropped into the pint with a tap on the table.
On Thursday, July 2, Temaki will kick off the party with $5 Santo Tequila shots and $7 espresso, lemon drop, dirty and lychee martinis for Martini Thursday. The evening will feature high-energy mixes by DJ J $tew.
Temaki Bar, a Clique Hospitality concept, was named Best of North County 2024 for both sushi and seafood restaurants. The popular sushi bar elevates the art of traditional sushi-making to exceptional heights, using only freshly caught, sustainable seafood and locally sourced, seasonal ingredients. Located at 575 S.
