OCEANSIDE — The Oceanside Yacht Club hosts its annual Oceanside Harbor Parade of Lights, with boats of all shapes and sizes decorated in holiday attire, including lights, ornaments and lots of holiday trimmings, on Saturday, Dec. 9, starting at 7 p.m. The event is free. Prizes will be awarded for the best decorated powerboat, sailboat and small-craft boats. The harbor is located at 1540 Harbor Drive North in Oceanside.
