Oceanside CA— The Oceanside Police Department is seeking assistance from the public in the matter of the death of Mark Girard, Jr. Mr. Girard succumbed to injuries from an altercation on December 28, 2014 and died at Scripps Hospital in La Jolla.
Girard was involved in an altercation on December 28, 2014 between 2:15 a.m. and 2:30 a.m. The altercation was in the 300 block of North Tremont near ABC Laundry.
The Oceanside Police Department is seeking assistance from the public in this matter. If anyone saw this altercation or has any pertinent information regarding this incident on December 28, 2014 around 2:15 a.m., please call Detective Mike Provence at (760)435-4746.
