Carlsbad CA— Last night, January 19, at 10:39 p.m., the City of Carlsbad Police Department responded to a robbery at Taco Bell, 6017 Paseo Del Norte.
A preliminary investigation revealed that the suspect, who was on foot, reached inside the drive-through window as an employee completed a drive-through order. The suspect took an undetermined amount of currency from the cash register before fleeing the area westbound on foot. The suspect held a handgun in his other hand.
The suspect was described as a white male in his early 20’s wearing a white ski mask, a black hooded sweatshirt and black gloves.
