Fallbrook CA— Last night, Monday February 20, 2017 at approximately 9:00pm, an unknown while 4 door SUV (possibly a Ford Expedition /Explorer or Chevy Tahoe) was traveling northbound near the address of 910 Vanita Street in Fallbrook.
While the family was visiting with friends in their driveway and working on a vehicle, they heard the sounds of a vehicle running over something. After further investigation they found their 3-
year-old daughter laying in the middle of the road with injuries.
Medial personnel responded to the scene and transported the 3-year-old girl, via helicopter, to Rady Children’s Hospital. She sustained serious injuries in the collision and it is unknown how
long her hospital stay will be.
At this time there is no further information on the vehicle involved or the driver. We are asking if anyone has information on this collision to call the Oceanside CHP office during normal business hours at (760) 643-3400.
Again the vehicle is described as a white 4 door SUV (possibly a Ford Expedition / Explorer or a Chevy Tahoe) traveling northbound near the address of 910 Vanita Street in Fallbrook.
