Oceanside CA— On Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at 2:54 AM, Oceanside Police responded to a report of possible gun shots in the 500 block of Calle Montecito Street.
When officers arrived they found a single victim lying in the street deceased with trauma to his upper body. The victim has been identified 24 year-old David Orozco, of Oceanside.
On Saturday, November 24, 2018, Oceanside Police Investigators arrested 29 year-old Stuart Lopez of Oceanside for the murder of David Orozco.
Lopez was booked into the Vista Detention facility.
