Del Mar CA— The world’s first running music festival, Night Nation Run, is coming to San Diego on Saturday, May 11 with gates opening at 5 p.m. at the Del Mar Fairgrounds. Runners will experience a night where music festival meets fun run featuring a music filled course of live DJs, light shows, bubble zones, and neon and black lights! A portion of proceeds from Night Nation Run benefits Stand Up To Cancer (SU2C), the groundbreaking initiative created to accelerate innovative cancer research.

“Night Nation Run aims to provide a fun and healthy way to experience a music festival – where runners can have a great night out and feel comfortable whether it’s your first 5K or first music festival,” said Frank Brown, co-founder of Night Nation Run. “It’s not your average 5K. Night Nation Run features music every step of the course and three full stages to immerse runners in a music festival vibe for a one-of-a-kind experience that is more than a run, but a night out! With Night Nation Run benefitting Stand Up To Cancer, it also gives runners a fun way to give back to their community by just participating.”
Runners are encouraged to arrive at 6 p.m. for the pre-party to dance and get loose before the race begins at 7:30 p.m. When runners head out onto the course, they can expect lots of music, dancing, party zones, selfie stations, light shows, a lantern land, a bubble world, multiple stages with DJs and more! Once runners cross the finish line the party doesn’t stop—as they head straight into the Epic Main Stage After Party featuring top headliner DJs to dance the night away as lights, fog, cryo, confetti guns and giveaways rain down.

Runners will have the opportunity to choose from select registration packages. Registration includes a race packet, glow necklace, free giveaways like glow gear, tee shirts and hats, admission to the official after party and the best night of your life! Below are the different options:
