Oceanside CA—The Oceanside Police Department is looking for Yolanda Michelle Combs. Yolanda is a 42 year-old white female, 5’-2”, 140 lbs., shoulder length red hair and hazel eyes. Yolanda is known to frequent the Oceanside downtown and the beach areas.
Yolanda last spoke with her daughter by phone on 9/6/19 at 8:30 AM. During the phone conversation, Yolanda sounded as though she was in distress and needed help. Shortly thereafter, Yolanda’s phone disconnected. No one has been able to reach Yolanda since her phone disconnected.
The Oceanside Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Yolanda. Anyone with pertinent information is asked to contact the Oceanside Police Department
