Carlsbad CA— See you on the course! The Carlsbad Educational Foundation (CEF) is teeing up for its 19^th Annual Carlsbad Golf Classic, held on Fri., Sept. 27, at the Omni Resort & Spa Champions Course. This one-day fundraiser supports CEF’s STEAM, music, and innovation programs within the Carlsbad Unified School District (CUSD).
The event includes community foursome’s competing in a scramble format, with a chance to win Overall First Place, the Corporate Cup or the Golden School Club Challenge. The school challenge allows every school in the CUSD to compete for the Golden Club Award on behalf of their school – the Pacific Rim Waveriders hold the defending title. Single golfers may also register!
After the tournament, enjoy an evening of entertainment, dinner, and an auction. Be sure to enter the opportunity drawing for a chance to win five amazing prizes, including one-week vacations to Hawaii or Mexico.
The CEF Carlsbad Golf Classic offers golfers and non-golfers the opportunity to connect with the Carlsbad school community and to support educational excellence for the 11,000 public school students in Carlsbad.
