San Diego CA— On February 6, 2021, at about 11:07 A.M., an adult male suspect forced entry into an occupied residence in the 1000 block of Devonshire Drive in the city of Encinitas. After a brief encounter with the resident, the suspect fled the scene with a stolen Rolex watch valued at approximately $18K.
The suspect was identified as 41-year-old Jason Carlock, a resident of Vista. Carlock was arrested near the U.S. Border for a parole violation and the burglary. He was in possession of the stolen watch at the time of his arrest. Carlock was booked into San Diego Central Jail where he is being held without bail because of the parole violation.
