San Diego CA— As San Diego’s annual Comic-Con Convention has fanatics lining up to catch a glimpse of their favorite action-adventure stars, Helen Woodward Animal Center adoptables are throwing their 4th Annual PAWmicon Convention at a new location, Hazard Center in Mission Valley, 7610 Hazard Center Dr.
The family-friendly event will include carnival games, snacks and the all-important “PAWSplay Contest” for superheroes and their heroic dogs. Contest participants can dress up as a duo, or simply enter their pawsome pup.
Attendees are invited to enter opportunity drawings for comic-themed prizes, dog-friendly goodies and incredible gifts from Blue Buffalo and the shops at Hazard Center including Ultra Star Cinemas, Which Wich, VITAL Hair & Body, Joe’s Crab Shack and more.
Saturday Comic-Con attendees don’t have to miss out on the fun. With Hazard Center’s convenient trolley stop, Comic-Con-goers can enjoy the PAWmicon event before heading straight downtown to the heart of the convention.
The free to attend event runs from 10:00am-12:00pm.
