CARLSBAD — The city of Carlsbad hosts its annual Shamrock Social for youths ages 10 to 14 on Saturday, March 14, from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Pine Avenue Community Center.
The event is scheduled ahead of St. Patrick’s Day and will feature a variety of activities, including laser tag, inflatable obstacle courses, bounce houses and carnival-style games. A mobile video game theater will also be available during the event.
Organizers encourage participants to wear green and attend with friends. Food, snacks and drinks will be available for purchase at the venue.
Admission is $15. Participants can register in advance online or pay at the door.
The event is organized by Carlsbad’s Parks & Recreation Department and is intended to provide a supervised recreational activity for local youths. Pine Avenue Community Center is located at 3209 Harding St.
