CARLSBAD: Oktoberfest returns Oct. 5

CARLSBAD – The Carlsbad Rotary Oktoberfest returns for its 31st year on Oct. 5, noon to 10 p.m. at Holiday Park in Carlsbad. The free event will feature German food, beer, live music, yodeling contests and a variety of entertainment for adults and children. More
