The fireworks of the Fourth of July might be over, but North San Diego County has plenty of events this month to add some pop to your summer, from Dog Days in Cardiff and music by the sea to evenings at the movies and family pool time.

Two North San Diego County Boys & Girls Clubs are combining their resources in a merger announced Tuesday, July 9. The Boys & Girls Clubs of Oceanside and Boys & Girls Clubs of San Dieguito will join to create the Boys & Girls Clubs of Northwest San Diego County.
