ENCINITAS – The San Diego Botanic Garden hosts a panel discussion Feb. 2, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., coinciding with its ongoing Sculpture in the Garden presentation. Artists on the panel will include Matt Devine, Jerry Dumlao, Lynn Forbes, Frank and Susan Oddo, and Bonnie Teckemeyer. The cost is free with garden membership.
