ENCINITAS – Encinitas city arts presents soprano Sashell Beck and bass-baritone Isaiah Musik-Ayala at 7:30 p.m. April 19 at the Encinitas Library, 540 Cornish Drive. The performance is part of the city arts program’s Music by the Sea concert series. Beck is a first-place winner of the Rio Hondo Young Artist’s Competition and was the soloist for Rachmaninoff’s choral symphony, among other honors.
