ENCINITAS — The city of Encinitas celebrates the official opening of Encinitas Community Park, 425 Santa Fe Drive, on Jan. 10 starting at 10 a.m. The grand opening will take place in three parts — 10 a.m. for the Skate Park, 11 a.m. for the Maggie Houlihan Memorial Dog Park and noon for the sports fields.
