Encinitas Measure T, county Measure B losing early
School bond measures on track to win for Cardiff, MiraCosta districts

A proposed update to Encinitas’ city housing plan was losing in preliminary results Tuesday night, while local school bond measures were on track to win, according to early voting results as of 11:50 p.m.
Countywide Measure B, in support of building the massive Lilac Hills development in Valley Center, was also headed for defeat, according to early county results.
Measure T, calling for revised height and density limits for housing in city limits, among related policies, was headed for defeat 53 percent to 43 percent with 32.7 percent of precincts reporting, according to preliminary results from the San Diego County Registrar of Voters.
MiraCosta College’s Measure MM, a $455 million bond measure to upgrade classrooms, career training facilities and more, was ahead 61.68 percent to 38.8 percent with percent of precincts reporting, according to preliminary results from the San Diego County Registrar of Voters. Cardiff School District’s Measure GG, a $22 million bonds measure for upgrading and building school classrooms and facilities, was ahead 63.89 percent to 36.11 percent with 25 percent of precincts reporting.
Measure B was losing 64.06 percent to 35.94 percent with 48.4 percent of precincts reporting, according to the results.
