Encinitas-based builder Zephyr received several Nationals awards from the National Association of Home Builders in March, the company announced.

The company was awarded one gold and two silver awards for The Park, its luxury 14-story project in Bankers Hill, and one silver award for the mixed-use project South Cove in Dana Point.

The awards recognized excellence in project marketing, the company stated. Zephyr worked with Arizona-based advertising agency BluFish.

“These awards mean a lot to us as there’s a lot of thought, strategy and attention to detail that goes into our campaigns and marketing materials,” Zephyr CEO Brad Termini said in the announcement. “We’re extremely proud of what we have accomplished with The Park and South Cove and to be recognized for the methods in which we showcase them to the community is very special.”

The Nationals, established in 1982 by the National Association of Home Builders, aim to recognize new-home sales and marketing excellence in North America.

Zephyr was founded by Brad Termini and Dane Chapin in 2008. Projects in the works include Solana 101, a mixed-used project featuring retail, dining, office and residential space.
