Oceanside CA— 608 is a new dining hot-spot in Downtown Oceanside, 608 Mission Ave. to be exact, and is part of the Swamis Cafe family, owned by Jaime Osuna.
608 would like to invite you to the ribbon cutting scheduled for today, Wednesday June 8, 2016 at 11:30am. They will be open for lunch after the ceremony and begin their normal hours, 11am to 11pm from there on out.
The menu is on the small side but has a little of something for everyone including a Vegan Risotto made with pine nut milk.
Currently there is not a set fish dish on the menu because we want to work with local fishermen to get the best and freshest possible product while supporting our local community.
Our burger buns are made fresh everyday by our friends at Petite Madeline located in Downtown Oceanside. We proudly partner with Cyclops Farms, which is an amazing local certified organic farm in the Fire Mountain area.
Our goal and concept is to give the City of Oceanside, and San Diego County, the fine dining experience, top quality ingredients, but without the uptight feel and high cost. We want you to come in after a day at the beach to watch a game, feel relaxed, have fun, and be blown away by our food. Currently the alcohol we serve is only beer and wine.
For any information about our restaurant, please contact Executive Chef William Eick at the number above this press release or follow us on Facebook at www.Facebook.com/608mission/.
