Available now through January 5, Rubio’s guests in California, Arizona and Nevada can take a virtual trip to enjoy the flavors and spirit of Puerto Nuevo, featuring wild-caught and certified sustainable Langostino Lobster. The tender Langostino Lobster is drizzled in warm garlic herb butter and features the authentic taste of Baja. This year’s dishes include the new Puerto Nuevo Burrito made with Langostino Lobster, the Langostino Lobster Bowl and a new Puerto Nuevo two taco plate that includes a Langostino Lobster Taco and The Original Fish Taco^®.
In addition, Rubio’s has launched virtual fundraisers, making it easier to support organizations that need extra help. Now guests can place orders online, in the app, or in restaurants to support their community organizations. To celebrate the virtual fundraiser launch, Rubio’s increased their donation amount from 20 to 30 percent of all fundraiser sales going back to the organization. Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, Rubio’s has remained open and safely serving guests.
