Oceanside CA– The National Scholastic Surfing Association held a NSSA Jr. event at the Oceanside South Jetty on Saturday.
NSSA JR Program is a novice competitive surfing program. The program’s purpose is to teach and improve competitive surfing skills to student surfers grades 6-11 and to prepare its members for competition in the NSSA Open and Explorer program.
