Indoor Football League’s San Diego Strike Force to Hold Tryouts in Pasadena and San Diego

San Diego CA— The San Diego Strike Force (www.sdstrikeforce.com), the newest entry into the 10-team Indoor Football League (www.GoIFL.com), will hold tryouts on Saturday, Jan. 5 in Pasadena and Saturday, Jan. 12 in San Diego.
The Jan. 5 tryout will take place from 12-3 p.m. at Pasadena High School, located at 2925 E. Sierra Madre Blvd., Pasadena, California (91107). The fee to register is $85 and interested participants can register on-site prior to the tryout starting at 11 a.m., or they can pre-register at www.sdstrikeforce.com.
The Jan. 12 tryout also will take place from 12-3 p.m. at Lincoln High School in San Diego (4777 Imperial Ave. San Diego, 92113). Again, the fee to register is $85 and athletes can register on-site prior to the tryout beginning at 11 a.m., or they can pre-register at www.sdstrikeforce.com.

The Strike Force has already signed several players, including a quarterback from Los Angeles and three players with San Diego ties. That list includes quarterback Jihad Vercher (Salesian HS and Tiffin University), running back Jereke Armstrong (San Pasqual HS and University of San Diego), wide receiver Rashad Ridley (San Diego HS and South Dakota School of Mines and Technology) and wide receiver Daniel Walsh (Cathedral Catholic HS and TCU).
The San Diego Strike Force will report to training camp Feb. 4 with a 40-man roster to begin preparations for the regular season, which begins on Feb. 22 in Moline, Illinois against the Quad City Steamwheelers.
The Strike Force will play its home games in 2019 at Pechanga Arena San Diego. The team’s home opener is set for Sunday, March 3 at 5:05 p.m. PT.

Season and single-game tickets for all seven Strike Force home games at Pechanga Arena are currently on sale through the team’s official website, www.sdstrikeforce.com. Single-game tickets start at just $15 apiece and a front row seat to a Strike Force game can be purchased for as little as $40.

Parking will be FREE for all fans attending San Diego Strike Force games at Pechanga Arena.

Ticket prices vary by location and group ticket packages are also available.
