Free Computer Classes At Oceanside Public Library

Oceanside CA- Free Basic Computer classes and a Job Search Series will be held in May and June, 2014. The Basic Computer Class will cover how to set up email, internet searching, and basic Windows 7 navigation. Basic Computer classes will be held on Tuesday and Thursday, May 20 and 22 from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m., registration is required. Please call the library to register at (760) 435-5625.
The Job Search Workshops will be Wednesday evenings, 5:00 – 6:30 p.m., beginning May 28 and running through June. You will learn how to create a resume, strengthen your resume with design and content, and use basic internet job searching to apply for jobs. Registration is required. Friends Of Oceanside Parks Seeks “Sponsor A Youth” Participants

The “Friends of Oceanside Parks” seeks local Oceanside businesses to become sponsors in an effort to send 100 Oceanside youth to “Oceanside Day” at Petco Park, on July 20 as the Padres take on the Mets at 1:10 p.m. The “Friends of Oceanside Parks” are selling tickets valued at $29.00 for only $20.00.
