31st Annual Heritage Ball

Oceanside CA– The 31st Annual Heritage Ball was held at Mission San Luis Rey, Saturday night. The Ball is a fundraiser for restoration and preservation of the historic Mission.
Over 450 people attended the event featuring a gourmet three-course dinner, live auction and dancing under the stars to the music of “Johnny V”. The auction featured vacations to spots across the globe and two guitars signed by Sir Paul McCartney. The guitars went for a winning bid of $6,800 a piece. The event is the Mission’s largest fundraiser of the year.
One of the winning bids for the guitar keepsake went to Harald Vildermann who is taking the prize to his brother in Germany.
