Oceanside CA— The Oceanside Republican Women Federated (ORWF) at their April 8th meeting awarded two scholarships to High School Seniors.
The annual Charlotte Mousel Scholarship was awarded to Jacquelyn Rae Aquino of El Camino High School. Jacquelyn’s winning essay will compete in the San Diego County RWF level for an awards and if successful onto the Southern Division for an award.
The winner of the Southern Division will be chosen by all Republican Women Federated, county, Presidents.
The Joan Parro Annual Scholarship was awarded to Anicia Sarzosa of Oceanside High School. The subject for the winning essays was “What The Constitution Means To Me”.
