Oceanside CA— The Friends of the Oceanside Public Library are excited to announce the return of the annual Trivia Bee, a past local favorite fundraiser. The Trivia Bee will take place on Sunday, July 19, from 2:00-5:00 p.m. at the Veterans Association of North County (VANC) Event Center located 1617 Mission Avenue in Oceanside. Teams made up of three players each, including some sponsored by service organizations and local businesses, will compete and have the opportunity to win fun prizes.
Team registration is $100. For those who wish to cheer on their favorite team or enjoy the event as spectators, general admission tickets are available for $35. Tickets can be purchased with cash or check at the Civic Center Library Administration Offices beginning May 26, 2015, or by credit card at http://fopltriviabee.eventbrite.com. Tickets include a catered meal and beverages. There will also be a service auction and opportunity drawing. Seating is limited, and likely to sell out. All proceeds from the Trivia Bee will benefit the Friends of the Oceanside Public Library.
