Oceanside CA— The nine Chick-fil-A restaurants in San Diego County, including the Chick-fil-A restaurant at Quarry Creek, 3475 Marron Road, Oceanside, are preparing to give away a combined total of about 10,000 free meals on Tuesday, July 14, as part of the chain’s nationwide promotion called “Cow Appreciation Day.”

“It’s time to break out the cowbells and get your spots on,” said Adam Hoffman, franchise owner, Chick-fil-A at Quarry Creek.
On Tuesday, July 14, any customer who enters a Chick-fil-A restaurant dressed “head to hoof” in cow attire will receive a free Chick-fil-A meal, which includes an entrée, side item and beverage. Customers who are too “chicken” to go all-out in cow attire and choose to be adorned in partial cow attire will receive a free entrée of choice for wearing any cow-spotted accessory, such as a cow-pattern hat, scarf, tie or purse.
The meal is available during breakfast, lunch or dinner. No purchase is required. Limit of one free meal per customer per day.
A special website, www.CowAppreciationDay.com, features costume ideas and additional FAQ details on the customer appreciation day promotion, as well as downloadable cow spots, masks and other bovine-themed accessories that customers can use to create costumes.
