Oceanside CA—Feeding the Soul Foundation is hosting “Evening with Lasagna,” benefitting the Makapo Aquatics Project, a nonprofit outrigger paddling program for the blind and visually impaired, on Saturday, August 29 from 6 p.m. – 9 p.m. at Jitters Coffee Pub in Oceanside.
Feeding the Soul Foundation has cooked up a recipe to bring the community together to help sponsor an elite team of California outrigger racers from all over the nation as they compete in the upcoming Pailolo race in Hawaii, to support the Makapo Aquatics Project.

Ingredients:

1 heavy measure of support for the Makapo Aquatics Project
A dash of creative generosity
1 $20 ticket (includes lasagna, salad, bread and dessert)
A handful of prize raffles
1 heaping spoonful of positive difference
Mix with delicious Italian cuisine (and plenty of adult beverages for purchase)
