Chairman of the California Republican Party to speak about the 2016 Election
Carlsbad CA— On Monday, September 21st, please join the North County Republican Coalition (NCRC) in welcoming the leader of California’s Republican Party (CRP), Chairman Jim Brulte. The NCRC will be Brulte’s first stop following the September 18 -20th CAGOP Fall Convention in Anaheim. He will review convention highlights, discuss the 2016 elections, and ask for our support and involvement in Republican efforts in CA and throughout the country.
Jim Brulte is a leader, both in his 14-year Senate and Assembly career and now as Chairman of the California Republican Party. He leverages his ability to effect change at the state and federal level through public and regulatory affairs strategies and issues-management campaigns. He was elected Chairman of the California Republican Party on March 3, 2013, and brings more than 25 years of experience in politics and government, including 14 years in the California State Legislature, most recently as Senate Republican Leader.
During his years in public service, he developed a national reputation as a dynamic leader and, prior to the election of Governor Schwarzenegger, was described as “arguably the most powerful elected Republican in California.” He was recently named one of the 100 most powerful people in Southern California by The Los Angeles Times, and one of the top 20 “most powerful political players in California” by Capitol Weekly, which wrote that “over the last 15 years, there has been no more enduring force in California Republican politics than Jim Brulte.”
The North County Republican Coalition (NCRC) promotes local Republican candidates and conservative issues in North County. NCRC meets the third Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m. at 83 Degrees, 660 Carlsbad Village Drive (Corner of Carlsbad Village Dr. & Roosevelt Street) Carlsbad, CA 92008.
