Oceanside CA—Mission Vista High School’s Timberwolves Foundation presents ‘An Evening of Language, Laughter and Learning’, 7:00 pm to 8 pm February 4th, 2016, at Mission Vista High School Auditorium, 1306 Melrose Drive, Oceanside, CA 92057.
Featured speaker is Dr. Richard Lederer, a well known linguist, author, columnist, and radio co-host. He has published over 40 books about language, history and humor, including his best-selling “Anguished English Series”. His syndicated column,” Lederer on Language”, appears in various newspapers and magazines including the local San Diego Union-Tribune.
He is a founding co-host of, “A Way With Words” on KPBS Public Radio, and has been named winner of Toastmaster International’s Golden Gavel.
Book signing will follow the performance. Tickets are $5.00 for adults and $2.00 for students and children.
