Carlsbad CA— Nadine Chopra is a 42-year-old mother of two, born in South-Africa and has lived in Carlsbad for the past 9 years. Nadine’s passion for helping others led her to the America’s Super Pageant which promotes seat belt safety as their main platform. It was a perfect fit since her family had lost two young boys early last year in a car accident while not wearing their seat-belts.
The America’s SUPER Ms pageant is held in memory of the pageant director’s daughter, who lost her life on July 18, 2010 in a car accident.
The America’s SUPER Ms. Pageant is a personal development opportunity for women of all ages throughout the United States and the world. The delegates who represent their state and national titles have beauty, style, poise, intelligence, confidence, and a strong desire to improve the world around them by promoting a personal platform in addition to promoting the national Seatbelt Use & Awareness Platform. The pageant gives these women the opportunity to advance their personal goals, while acting as a role model to those around them.
Over the last 14 months (July 2014 – September 2015), the state delegates utilized their skills, talents and titles to promote the national platform of seat-belt safety. Combined, the ladies made over 100 appearances promoting seat-belt safety as well as highway safety topics (drinking and driving, child safety seats). Those involved believe that if they change one life, they may also save that life. In addition, many of the delegates made additional appearances at local charity events, on media outlets (TV, Radio, Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, YouTube) and in person. They promoted their personal platforms such as, educating on surviving a brain injury, overcoming abuse, dealing with medical issues, raising awareness of the need for funding of childhood cancer and more.

Delegates from around the United States competed in Interview, Swimsuit/Athletic Attire, Photogenic and Evening Gown events while promoting a Platform. In addition to the competition, delegates enjoyed parties, photo shoots, “Walk a Mile in her shoes” activity, scavenger hunt and Farmers Market.

The “Beyond the Crown … Women of Achievement Award” is an honor bestowed upon former pageant participants who have continued to achieve and inspire after vying for the crown. The award recognizes women who hold multi-dimensional roles in the community.
Nadine’s 5-year-old daughter, Singita, joined the CYE Princess program in 2015 and won the Spirit Award at the CYE Miss California pageant. Singita is very active in the community and joined the Diamond Girls the beginning of 2016. Singita will receive a Presidential Volunteer Service Award February 28, 2016 for her participation in community service.
Diamond Girls is a Unique Online Pageant, promoting Community Service and Volunteerism.
Being a titleholder opens doors, thus giving individuals the opportunity to be heard and to be seen in leadership roles and as public figures.
