Oceanside CA— The Oceanside Cultural Art Foundation will present the 24th annual Oceanside Days of Art downtown Oceanside 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on April 16th and 17th. Artists wishing to participate may contact the organizers at [email protected].
Among the special events of the weekend will be a reception with the Oceanside Days of Art artists and members of OCAF. This gathering will follow the closing of the entertainment and display area on Pier View Way at 5:00 pm on Saturday, April16th at Oceanside Museum of Art, 704 Pier View Way, Oceanside, CA 92054.
Pianist and OCAF board member Robert Parker will perform during the reception. A graduate of the Drake University Instrumental Music Department and inductee of the Iowa Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, Parker is known for his solid left hand, classically-fueled cadenzas, and his dynamic and memorable style. Oceanside Museum of Art will graciously provide its foyer as a venue for this celebration, which includes champagne, wine, appetizers, desserts, entertainment, and an up-close opportunity to meet superb visual artists.
The reception will continue until 6:30 pm. Admission is complimentary for ODA artists and OCAF members. General public is invited to join the party for only $10.
