Oceanside CA— The Oceanside Public Library is happy to announce Monday Club, a new weekly program for adults with developmental disabilities. The goal of Monday Club is to provide a safe space for adults with developmental disabilities to meet and participate in activities together.
Beginning Monday, May 2, 2016, the Library will offer an activity session each week, including game sessions, craft sessions, and library education and activity sessions. The program is free and all supplies will be provided. The program will be held every Monday, 1:00 to 3:00 p.m., in the second floor Foundation Room at the Civic Center Library, 330 N. Coast Hwy, Oceanside, CA 92054.
Upcoming programs include Bingo on May 2; collage crafting on May 9; and a library volunteer activity on May 16. Caregivers and teachers are encouraged to attend; participants in need of supervision must be accompanied by caregiver.
